Core Solutions to Replace Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Information System
Core Solutions, Inc. has received a competitively-bid contract for replacing the Client Information System (CIS) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Health. This is the first stage in a process that will include a possible integration of behavioral health data between the Department of Health and the Department of Public Welfare.

The Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Programs (BDAP) in Pennsylvania has worked for several years to identify a replacement data solution for the current antiquated CIS that would comply with its needs and meet federally mandated standards. Core Solutions’ Care Enterprise platform has the technical breadth and depth to meet the requirements of the provider community and be accessible by county and state entities in a seamless and secure manner.
